Dinosaurs and MountainsNew! New! New!This family trip combines Prairies and Mountains, palentolgy and natural history, fun and education in a perfect balance that will leave the whole family wanting the vacation to go on and on. We start our tour in Calgary and travel to Dinosaur Provincial Park where we camp explore and take part in the many excellent programs offered in the park by the park interpreters. These include excellent evening presentations, hikes with interpreters that include fossil hunts and sites where some of the most complete dinosaur remains have been unearthed. On our journey to the mountains we will detour to Drumheller and visit the Tryell Museum of Palentolgy which is one of the finest museums of it's type in the world. Once in the mountains we will set up a base camp, which we will allow us to hike, raft and explore some of the most magnificent scenery anywhere. This is a doubled barrelled adventure that will leave you wondering why it hasn't been done before. ITINERARY:Day 1 - Sunday
